How can I return items?

We accept items for return up to 14 days from the date of delivery. We can only accept items for return if they are defective or, if free of defects, they are not used or abused, and they are complete with no missing accessories.

What is the return policy?

You can send the return products by Sürat Kargo and MNG Kargo to Bad Bear without any shipping payment.

The cost of shipping returns through other shipping companies is the customer’s responsibility.
You should put invoice in cargo package and write the return label number on cargo package.
Firstly, your returned items will be processed by customer representatives. It will be decided whether or not it is appropriate the return conditions.
We complete reimbursement on returned items within 2-3 working days of your return being approved. However, internal bank procedures may delay the appearance of the reimbursement in your account by up to 7 or 15 working days.

Which Produtcs are nonreturnable?

Underwears, swimsuits, bikini bottoms are non-returnable because of the hygiene conditions.
